Summer Social Leadership Workshop

Join us for an afternoon of fun in the sun! Network with your PCMA community while enjoying delicious food and drinks on the fabulous, new H2 Rotisserie and Bar at the beautiful Westin Bayshore.

Participate in a fun, hands-on workshop “Bizprov: Building Better Teams” led by the professional comedic improvisers at Engagement Unlimited. You will learn learn trusted techniques used by improvisers to turbocharge creativity, productivity, and learn to work more effectively as a leader, and as part of a potent team.

LEARNER OUTCOMES

• Learn the basic rules of Improv and how they directly relate to leadership skills in the workplace (e.g. responding with positivity and never apologizing for ideas!)
  
• Have fun in a judgement-free environment and break down walls around specific issues that plague most businesses (e.g. negotiation, better communication)
• Work together to create totally new characters and scenes around an ever-evolving set of rules designed to help you push your creativity to the limit!
