Christine Couvelier is passionate about food. As a Global Culinary Trendologist, an Executive Chef and a Culinary Executive; it is her job to find out what consumers are going to like even before they have tasted it!
Christine is the president of Culinary Concierge, where she shares her Trend Watch Report with clients to create on-trend, on-time, great-tasting food products, menu items and great events.

This presentation will give a glimpse into the future of the food and beverage world. Stay ahead of your competition & get tips of how to plan great events where your guests will be talking about the fabulous food & use these tastes & tips to plan for success.

Coleen Christie is an award-winning, television news anchor with 20-years experience as a journalist. Before joining Global BC last year — where she has anchored every newscast including Global National — Coleen anchored at CTV Vancouver and the CTV network.

In an historic first, Coleen was a key part of the broadcast team awarded the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award for overall excellence, declared best in the world. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia and raised in Victoria, BC, Coleen has a BA degree in English, History and Art History from the University of Victoria. She has been involved with numerous community and charitable organizations, loves animals of all kinds, staying fit, cooking & baking and singing karaoke.

Canned fish, chicken or turkey
Canned black beans, chickpeas, and
kidney beans
Dried lentils
Nuts and/or Seeds
Natural Peanut butter
Brown rice, barley and whole wheat pasta
Powdered skim milk
Canned vegetables
Canned fruit
Hearty stews with 10g or more protein
