In a world shaped by uncertainty and fast innovation, many organizations have had the need to quickly adapt to stay relevant through the transition of their in-person events to a virtual platform.

MCI globally has been working with clients around the world through this shift to virtual and if there is one thing this past year has taught us, is that data is King!  Join Natasha Hilliard, Director, Institutional Division with  MCI Canada on May 27th to learn some interesting data behind virtual events and behind-the-scenes engagement statistics.

Get to Know the Speaker: Natasha Hilliard!

Joined MCI in 2007 and with 20+ years of experience, Natasha is responsible for working with our Association clients through strategic business development, helping clients navigate today’s challenge and implements a client centric approach to account management. 

Natasha is additionally responsible for supporting the team to ensure they are equipped with the resources needed to deliver innovative association solutions and healthy revenue streams across all of our client virtual and in-person events.

During her 14 years with MCI, Natasha has continued to strengthen her industry experience and connections by actively participating in associations such as IAPCO, PCMA, MPI, and CSAE.

Get to Know the Moderator: Stephanie Johnson

Stephanie Johnson is an accomplished sales professional with over 11 years of experience in hospitality sales for leisure, corporate, and Convention industries.

As International Sales Manager for the award-winning Vancouver Convention Centre, Stephanie is responsible for securing large international congresses for Vancouver. She collaborates with professionals from the academic, corporate and medical sectors to bring citywide congresses to the city, resulting in millions of dollars in economic impact to Vancouver annually.

Through bringing these large conferences to Vancouver, Stephanie hopes to promote the achievements of Canadians on a world stage while bringing the best and brightest minds from around the world to With an intimate knowledge of large-scale conferences, incentive events and hotel ROI, Stephanie’s goal is to repeatedly make Vancouver the #1 City in North America for international meetings; a distinction Vancouver has won almost annually for the last seven years.
